2. Right to Resell
The Buyer has the right to resell, distribute, or offer this product as their own without the need for further consent from the Seller. The Seller also retains the right to sell this product to other customers.
3. Modification and Sub-licensing Rights
The Buyer may:
- a) To use the product for personal purposes.
- b) To resell the product to third parties as the final product.
- c) To modify the product to meet their needs and resell it as their own version.
- d) To grant sub-licenses for further resale if desired.
4. Minimum Price for Resale

5. Liability
